Fluted Brioche à Tête Molds

These fluted molds are used to bake brioche à tête, those individual brioche rolls that have an additional hump or 'head' on their tops.  Brioche à tête come in varying sizes, as do their molds.  They vary from small, individual rolls, to rolls large enough to serve six to eight.  Kerekes online store offers reasonably priced fluted brioche molds.
